Yes, we charge £25 per hire for each additional driver. All drivers need to met the same criteria as the main hirer.

Our costs include fully comprehensive insurance for the hirer, breakdown cover, unlimited mileage, all the camping essentials (see the inventory above), and a parking space for your car during the hire period.

There are a number of extras that you could choose to add to your hire:

• Additional drivers - £25 per driver, per hire
• Drive-away awning - £70 per hire
• A pop-up 'Pup' tent - £25 per hire

Once we've confirmed availability for your trip, you'll payments are due on the following schedule:

• On booking: A £150 non-refundable deposit, to secure your dates
• 6 weeks before collection: The remainder of the hire fee is payable
• 7 days before collection: A security deposit of £500 is due, along with your driving license and proofs of address
• 2-7 days after return: Your security deposit is returned (assuming no fees are due)

Well behaved dogs are welcome in Selene, and are free of charge. You should let us know if you're planning on bringing your dog(s) on holiday, and they should not be left unattended.

As a long-wheel base, there's plenty of room for your four-legged friends too, with space for a crate if needed.

We take every care to reduce the risk of breakdown during your camper hire, but you're well covered in case something does happen. We have excellent UK-wide breakdown cover, and in the unlikely event that the problem can't be fixed, we'll supply a replacement van (subject to avialability).

In the event that Selene is unavailable, we'll refund you on a pro-rata basis for the time affected.

Our default terms only offer campervan hire within the UK, but if you're really set on heading to Europe drop us a line and we'll see what we can do. This may be subject to additional costs to cover European breakdown cover.

You'll collect Selene from Melbourne, just a few miles south of Derby and 10 minutes from the M42. Allow 30 minutes for us to show you everything you need to know, but rest assured there's a comprehensive user manual in the glove box, and you can call us any time of the day.

If you're local to Melbourne, we may be able to deliver Selene to the home address of the main hirer. Let us know at the point of booking to discuss this option.

If you need to cancel your trip, email us to let us know as soon as possible. The £150 deposit paid on booking is non-refundable, but you may be entitled to a partial refund:

• More than 28 days before: 100% refund (minus the deposit).
• 14-28 days before: 50% refund (minus the deposit).
• 1-13 days before: 25% refund (minus the deposit).
• On the day, or cutting a trip short: no refund can be given.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking (for example if Selene becomes undrivable and no suitable alternative can be found), then you'll be refunded in full (including the deposit). We highly recommended that you take appropriate travle insurance to cover all eventualities before and during your trip.

On the road, driving Selene is very similar to driving any other car. She'll fit into most parking spaces too, and is equiped with parking sensors to help.

You'll need to be careful in car parks with height restrictions, as at 2.05m tall she's too tall for some.

We understand that it can be expensive to hire a campervan (though we're sure you'll love it!). Our prices are highly competitive, but there are a few ways you can make your camper rental a little cheaper:

• We offer a discount of up to £10 per night for hires of seven days or longer.
• If you're flexible on dates, hiring during school term time is cheaper than hiring during peak times.
• Every hire comes with unlimited mileage, but if you know you won't be headed too far then let us know and we might be able to offer a discount.
